Two Small Puppies Shipping Policy All products are processed immediately upon receiving confirmation of payment, and shipped next working day. Products are sent by Australia Post, or Courier if required due to handling requirements. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, from approximately 24 hours for local deliveries, to approximately 1 week for regional deliveries. Once parcels have been dispatched from our store via the preferred delivery method, you will be notified by an update email with tracking number included if applicable. Two Small Puppies orders are processed 7 days a week, 365 days a year however products ordered on a weekend or public holiday may be delayed by Australia Post or Courier holidays. Please be advised that there may be a short delay if products aren't currently in stock. Products that are not in stock, will be ordered and sent as soon as possible.

Two Small Puppies Pickup Policy Our store is run from a residential address on the southside of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Pickups are available from 6pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday and most weekends. We ask that people confirm pickup availability before ordering by contacting us here. Please note that we do not have EFTPOS facilities available or accept cheque payments on pickups. Cash transactions only, and yes, we will provide a receipt!

Two Small Puppies Returns Policy All our products are inspected before delivery. Returns are in accordance with manufacturers warranty, and these warranties will be honored by Two Small Puppies. For details on a manufacturers warranty, follow the link to their website provided next to each item for sale on Two Small Puppies. Returns due to incorrect sizing choice or change of mind will not be issued, however if the product is returned to Two Small Puppies in a re-sellable condition, and with all original packaging, an exchange product (for e.g. a larger size) will be given where possible. Any extra postage costs associated with exchanging products once approval to exchange as been given by Two Small Puppies, will be the responsibility of the customer. Special order products may incur a restocking fee to cover excessive postage charges.
